Draft: This page is a plain-language draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not legal advice.
By using InlandEmpireJunkHauling.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms.
What we do
The site is a free matching service. We pass quote requests to independent local junk removal companies. We are not a junk removal company, we do not perform any hauling, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a company.
For customers
- Requesting a quote is free. You are never required to hire anyone.
- The company you are matched with sets its own prices and is solely responsible for its work, licenses, insurance, and how it disposes of items.
- We do not guarantee that a company will contact you, be available, or do the work to your satisfaction. Please check a company's insurance and get a written price before you hire them.
- Please give accurate information and only request quotes for property you have the right to clear out.
For junk removal companies
- You are an independent business, not our employee or agent.
- Leads are offered for your review; you pay only for leads you accept, at the prices shown when you accept. Prices are experimental and may change with notice.
- You must follow all laws and local rules that apply to your business, including licensing, insurance, hauling and disposal rules, and rules about calling and texting customers.
- Use customer information only to quote and do that job. Do not resell or share it.
- We may remove any company from the program, for example after customer complaints.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false requests, spam, or anything illegal, and don't try to disrupt the site.
No warranties; limits on liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any junk removal company, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
