Draft: This page is a plain-language draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not legal advice.

This policy explains what information InlandEmpireJunkHauling.com ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. We are a matching service that connects customers with independent local junk removal companies.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketing lists, and we do not share a request with more than one company. Because a hauler pays us when they accept a request, this sharing may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. We only do it with your consent and only for the job you asked about.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, use our contact form and choose "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity first.

If you do not want your request shared, do not submit the quote form. If you already did, contact us and we will not share it if it has not been sent yet.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and sign-ups only as long as needed to run the service, handle billing and disputes, and meet legal duties, and then delete them.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can see your information, but no website is perfectly secure. Please don't include sensitive details such as payment card numbers or Social Security numbers in your request.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
